Understanding eSIM data package expiry

Why do eSIM data packages expire?

To ensure optimal network performance. To achieve effective bandwidth management, data packages are given an expiration date. This helps in regulating and allocating the necessary bandwidth efficiently, ensuring that every user experiences consistent and reliable connectivity.

To ensure financial viability for service providers. Mobile networks require continuous investment to expand coverage and upgrade technology. By regularly updating our network infrastructure for eSIM technology, we ensure you're always ahead of the curve. This investment is not only for current maintenance but also for future advancements, providing you with the latest internet connectivity for an enhanced digital lifestyle.

To meet regulatory and compliance standards. Staying compliant is about ensuring your data's safety and privacy. Having an expiry not only ensures compliance but also keeps your data safe.
