Checking current data usage on a Truely eSIM

There are three ways to view your Truely data usage:

• Dashboard widget
• MY ESIM menu
• On your device

On the dashboard widget

1. Log in to your account.
2. On the dashboard, you’ll see a widget showing the following information about your current plan:
   • Name of the plan
   • Remaining GB versus the total GB in your account 
   • Activation status
   • Data used in the last 24 hours
   • Expiry date and remaining number of days
3. You can also tap PLAN DETAILS to view more information about your plan.

On the MY ESIM menu

1. Log in to your account.
2. On the homepage, tap on MY ESIM.
3. Select the plan you want to manage.
4. You’ll see a widget with the following details:
   • Name of the plan
   • Expiry date and remaining days
   • Remaining GB versus total GB in the plan
5. You can top up by clicking on BUY MORE DATA.
6. You can also view your plan’s details by tapping on MORE DETAILS.

On your device

Android devices

The exact process might vary depending on your device manufacturer and Android version.

1. Navigate to your device’s settings.
2. Go to NETWORK & INTERNET.
3. Click on DATA USAGE or your device’s corresponding option. Here, you'll find a breakdown of data used by each eSIM or SIM.

iOS devices

The exact process might vary depending on your iOS version.

1. Navigate to your device’s settings.
2. Go to CELLULAR.
3. Under CELLULAR PLANS, you can view the data consumed by each active eSIM or SIM profile.
