Android installation guides

Preparations

1. Log in to your Truely account.
2. Go to My Account > My eSIM.
3. Tap the eSIM setting.
4. Tap View QR & Installation Details.
5. You’ll see the QR code to scan with your phone and the SM-DP+ address and activation code for a manual installation.

QR code installation

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Network & Internet (or Connections).
3. Tap the + icon next to SIMs (or Add eSIM).
4. Tap Download a SIM Instead (or Scan QR code from service provider).
5. Tap Next and scan the QR code found in the eSIM details in Truely.
6. Tap Download (or Add) to install the eSIM.
7. Once the eSIM download is finished, go to Settings.
8. Toggle the eSIM switch to activate it.
9. Turn on Mobile Data and Roaming.

Manual installation

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Network & Internet (or Connections).
3. Tap the + icon next to SIMs (or Add eSIM).
4. Tap Download a SIM Instead (or Scan QR code from service provider).
5. Tap Next, then Enter activation code.
6. Enter or paste the code found in the eSIM details in the Truely app.
7. Tap Continue to install the eSIM.
8. Once the eSIM is installed, tap Settings.
9. Toggle the eSIM switch to activate it.
10. Turn on Mobile Data and Roaming.
