Changing Your Truely eSIM Plan

IN THE APP

1. Log in to your Truely account using the mobile app.

2. Go to the ‘MY ESIM’ tab.

3. Choose the eSIM plan you want to manage.

4. Toggle on/off to activate or deactivate the eSIM plan. 

Note: Turning off an eSIM in your device will not pause its validity. It will still expire after its validity period. Truely app will also automatically use the plan that is about to expire to maximize its usage. It will also detect which country or region you’re in and activate the plan according to your location.

5. Log in to your account at truely.com.

6. Go to the ‘MY ESIM’ tab.

7. Choose the eSIM plan you want to manage.
