IN THE APP

HOMEPAGE WIDGET

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. On the homepage, you’ll see a widget showing the following important information about your current plan:

  • Name of plan

  • Remaining GB versus the total GB in your account 

  • Activation status

  • Data used in the last 24 hours

  • Expiry date and remaining number of days

  1. You can also tap ‘MORE DETAILS’ to view more information about your plan.

MY DATA TAB

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. On the homepage, tap on the ‘MY DATA’ tab.

  3. Select your current plan or the one you want to manage.

  4. You’ll see a similar widget with the following details:

  • Name of plan

  • Expiry date and remaining days

  • Remaining GB versus total GB in the plan

  1. You can top up by clicking on ‘TOP UP PLAN'

  2. You can also view the details of your plan by tapping on the 'MORE DETAILS'

  3. You can also check your eSIM setting and installation setting via the 2 options that has been made available. Refer to the screenshot below.



IN THE WEBSITE

DASHBOARD WIDGET

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. On the dashboard, you’ll see a widget showing the following important information about your current plan:

  1. Navigate to your device’s ‘SETTINGS.’

  2. Go to ‘NETWORK & INTERNET.’

  3. Click on ‘DATA USAGE’ or any similar option.

  • Here, you'll find a breakdown of data used by each eSIM or SIM. 

FOR iOS USERS

Remember, the exact path might vary depending on your iOS version.


  1. Navigate to your device’s ‘SETTINGS.’

  2. Go to ‘CELLULAR.’

  3. Under the 'CELLULAR PLANS' section, you can view the data consumed by each active eSIM or SIM profile.
